Before embarking on your journey to CU Boulder, familiarize yourself with the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition.

Pre-arrival program participants, including international students, will arrive on Sunday, August 13th. Students are strongly advised to confirm their move-in appointments before making travel arrangements, as availability is limited per day.

Move-In Schedule

First-Year Students

• Move-in: Monday, August 14th
• Designated time slots available

Returning Students

• Move-in: Tuesday, August 15th - Wednesday, August 16th
• Time slots will be assigned and communicated

Pre-Arrival Programs

• Arrival: Sunday, August 13th
