  • Minimum real estate investment increased from €250,000 to €500,000 for specific areas.
  • Minimum real estate investment increased from €500,000 to €800,000 for all other areas.

Additional Changes

In addition to the investment threshold changes, the program has also undergone the following revisions:

  • Tripoli and Patra are no longer eligible for the reduced investment threshold of €250,000.
  • Applicants are now limited to purchasing one property to qualify for the Golden Visa.

Implications for Investors

These changes have significant implications for potential investors in the Greek Golden Visa program. Investors should carefully consider the increased investment requirements and the eligibility criteria before making a decision.

If you are considering applying for the Greek Golden Visa, it is advisable to consult with an experienced immigration attorney to discuss your eligibility and options.
